PG receive Community Award from Gloucester Rotary Club

We were delighted to receive a ‘Rotary in Gloucester Community Award’ again this year, to support the work of our Gloucester Play Ranger team. Our grant will be used to purchase some much needed play equipment for the children of Gloucester. This equipment includes big items such as tarps and tables through to small things like bubble mix, clay and scrap. All of these things help the team provide adventure, friendship and fun for more than 400 Gloucester children and families each year. Our Director of Play Pip went to the celebration lunch and was presented the award by Roger Head DL, OBE, Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Gloucestershire. Our thanks to all Rotarians in Gloucester who work tirelessly to support local charities – this year they supported 24 local groups.
